Dear Amy,
I wanted to write you a note to tell you how pleased my family and I have been with your services as our wedding planner. Having worked with you on three weddings (including my own), I can honestly say I do not know what we would have done without you being a part of our team!

Your sense of style, attention to detail and most importantly, your ability to listen to your client’s vision and dreams, have made each event a special, memorable, and very different experience.

I think you know me well enough now, and my sons and husband will certainly agree, that I have incredibly impossible high standards for perfection. I have personally had peace of mind knowing that your participation and expertise would ensure that all of our wedding weekend celebrations would occur as we planned and expected. Your own standard of professionalism and work ethic surpasses what I would have imagined and goes beyond expectations.

I also want to thank you for adding to our memories by providing us with beautiful and creative photographs, most of which have been better than the professional photographers!

I feel as if you have become a part of our family and hope that we continue to stay in touch. If there is anything I can do to help with recommendations, please do not hesitate to give your prospective clients my name.

Amy,
The wedding was wonderful! While it was my first wedding to plan, I believe it was far more complicated than most, and it simply could not have gone as smoothly or appeared as beautiful and relaxed without you. Your recommendations of Mike, Peter and Mark were great. People are still calling me and telling me how wonderful the food was. The time and effort Peter put in to planning and re-planning the tenting exceeded my expectations. For a wedding that size and it being outdoors, it is amazing that it was done with what appeared to be relative ease.

I realize there were many details you covered without my even being aware. The photos you took were beautiful, thoughtful and captured the whole event. Many people said it was the best wedding they ever attended. Emily and Evan said it was the best weekend of their lives, thus far.

I hope to be able to have you coordinate other events for us down the road. Feel free to use any pictures from our wedding if you think they might help other brides.

Dear Amy,
We wanted to write this letter to thank you for making our wedding go off without a hitch. Without your efforts from the planning stages throughout the event we couldn’t have done it without you. When we originally came to you we told you we were looking for a professional with an eye for detail. Having had gone through our event we can safely say that you lived up to your billing.

Having you as a part of our team we were able to sit back and relax and enjoy our perfect day. Our outdoor ceremony was tastefully decorated and so was the dining room. Thank you for your much needed input to make it that way.

We appreciate all your efforts in coordinating our event the day of. It was so relaxing watching our guests move from the cocktail hour to the dining area without us having to do a thing. With you in charge, we were able to use the time with our photographer to capture the sunset as a back drop for all of our wedding photos.

At the end of the night we were able to walk to each table and talk to our guests. All of them commented on how great the day turned out. It was at that moment we knew that not only was the day great for the both of us but it was a smashing hit for our guests. With that said a final thank you for helping make our wedding day a day we will always remember. Thanks again.

All aspects of the wedding were absolutely perfect, actually more than perfect. Still today, people talk about how incredible our wedding was. It is always a topic of conversation.

In my job, I have dealt with event planners and suppliers all over the world, and I work with some of the very best here in Chicago on a weekly basis. I have to say that working with you was an absolute pleasure from the very first email. You have a great talent for making people feel comfortable in your abilities and you were always there for advice and suggestions. Although we quickly formed a personal friendship with you, your professionalism was never compromised. We had 100% confidence in your ability to manage a very complex wedding day, allowing Jen and I to focus on having a great time. We never felt a single moment of apprehension when it came to the wedding details. We know that you did a lot of things for us that were way above and beyond the call of duty, especially staying very late into the night after the ceremony, and countless long drives for site inspections. I can't say enough about Amy. Having the wedding outside was the best decision, but there were a lot of details that I hadn't thought about. Amy took care of everything. She made a lot of suggestions, narrowed down a lot of decisions and took care of all the little details that you definitely do not want to be thinking about the day before and the day of the wedding. She has a great relationship with local vendors, is easy to work with and most importantly, she is exceptional at taking an idea you have that is most likely improbable and turning it into a feasible situation. There are many things that are either financially or logistically impossible but somehow Amy is able to make it work I'm sure you have heard this before from other people but I loved my wedding. Every part. Amy had a huge role in that. My husband and I both feel that the price we paid was well worth the stress free planning and wedding we had.

Dear Amy,
We just wanted to take a few moments to thank you for all of the time and effort that you put into our wedding and reception. I’m sure that all brides at some point can relate to the stress of planning a wedding. It’s a lot more difficult when you are planning a NH wedding from out of state. Luckily for us we found you.

Not only did you take the stress away by getting in touch with vendors that we chose beforehand and had a tough time reaching but you also recommended excellent vendors for things we had yet to think about. You gave us great, unique ideas and on top of everything else you made us feel like we were the only people you were working with (what bride doesn’t like that kind of personal attention?).

I would have to say the thing that most impressed us was from speaking with us through countless e-mails and phone calls you were able to pull the wedding and reception together without us ever seeing the finished product until the day of the wedding. While I’m sure this would be hard for some couples it was easy for us because of the trust we established with you. People that I talk to are still amazed at how we could relinquish control and not have any idea what our reception site, etc would look like after it was decorated. We were very happy with everything including the fact that you even met with the florist more than once to make sure that the flowers coordinated with the “mystery” design that you had in mind. You never lost sight of our vision.

During the wedding day you orchestrated things perfectly and made it easy. It was like taking guidance from a member of the family. That’s what you became to us— a member of our family. We would gladly do it all over again and still today we tell everyone that we just could not have done it without you!!!

It was a true pleasure working with you! Julie's wedding was perfect! Your ideas were terrific, your input worthwhile, and your stamina unreal! I only wish we had relinquished our reigns to you earlier. Once we all decided that you were the "go to" person everything just fell into its proper place. Being a "type A" personality, giving up control is huge, but you tactfully and gently suggested I do so, "because that's what you do!" Amy was a dream to work with and hiring her as our wedding coordinator made our entire wedding weekend flawless. Her extensive knowledge in all aspects of the wedding industry allowed her to help us transform our visions of our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception into realities. Amy,
It seems like yesterday I was your first client, but 10 years ago you assisted with the Hawaiian Luau party at our home. Your knowledge of the right vendors helped to make our party a very successful one. To this day, I still get comments about how much fun our party was. It was such a wonderful evening with the pig roast, live music and our own sand dance area.

Over the years you have handled our company holiday gatherings. Your attention to details, such as location for the event, appropriate décor for the dining room and various entertainment choices each year have made our gatherings very memorable for our employees. I have been able to thoroughly enjoy the evening with everyone without having to worry about a thing. Each year we invited some of our subcontractors. It has been said that they only worked for us so they could attend the holiday gathering at the end of the year!

We found Signature Events doing a Google search and we are glad we did. We had an international conference coming up in Colorado and had just lost our executive. Amy picked up the pieces and was able to execute perfectly...online registration,
e-news updates, sponsor requests, A/V needs, meeting rooms, hotel liaison for us at The Broadmoor...whatever the conference committee needed she gladly took care of it. We liked her so much that we had Signature Events do our next conference at Opryland in Nashville. Who would of thought that an event planner in Wolfeboro, NH would be able to pull this off? Maybe there is a reason why NH is first in the nation.
